Policy
We want you to get the stuff you order. All items are fulfilled by us, not by a drop shipping service - so we know 100% what is happening with your order. We only delivery to the UK, using Royal Mail, so when you order your goods, we will provide you with accurate shipping updates and where possible, tracking details - but if you ever need an additional update, get in touch and we will let you know.
Refund & Exchange
Sometimes things can go wrong - we get it and we will do our best to make sure that things are put right. We offer a return and refund for any item that is not up to scratch as well as 30 day all unused, non-customised items. Understand that we are people, doing our best - so please give us the chance to rectify any issues.
Warranty
Not everything is built to last, but we understand there is an expectation of reasonable wear and tear. We can't put an exact warranty on every item, but we will offer a generous guarantee on all our products. We are reasonable people and we don't like it when we buy stuff and it only lasts 5 minutes. So the best thing to do is to talk to us about your product, so we can set any expectations.
